William Byron +300

Making his first of four scheduled Xfinity starts of the season is the 2024 DAYTONA 500 champion, William Byron. He’ll be in the #17 Chevy for Hendrick Motorsports, as they’ll be entering that car in 10 scheduled races this season. Byron last raced at Phoenix in 2017, where he finished 4th in the Spring and won in the Fall. He’ll look to add another trophy to his collection this Saturday.

John Hunter Nemechek +600

Coming off a win last week in Las Vegas, John Hunter Nemechek will be on the hunt for his his first Xfinity win at Phoenix. Last Fall was Nemechek’s worst finish at the track, resulting 28th after starting 3rd. In his other six starts at the track, he’s finished inside the Top 10. Look for Nemechek to be a contender once more.

Chandler Smith +600

He’s recorded a Top 5 finish in each race this season, but Chandler Smith is still looking for his first win of the season. Smith earned Top 10 finishes in both Phoenix races last year, and has catered more to short tracks than the bigger race tracks on the schedule. He’ll be a contender this weekend.

Justin Allgaier +600

Coming off a wild weekend with a Top 10 from Las Vegas, Justin Allgaier is looking to return to victory lane at Phoenix. He has two wins to his name at this track, most recently in the Fall of 2019. He has an average finish of 9th at Phoenix, including a 3rd place effort in the Championship race last year. He’ll be looking to make it through qualifying without issues this weekend, and setting his eyes on winning the race.

Cole Custer +600

Last weekend he won the pole and finished 2nd in Las Vegas, but Cole Custer is looking to get back in the winning column. He won the Fall race last year, clinching the Xfinity Series Championship. Custer will be looking to build off the success from last year and reach victory lane for the first time this season.

Riley Herbst +1300

This driver has had a very consistent relationship with Phoenix Raceway. Herbst has finished in the Top 10 in five of his six races since joining Stewart Haas in 2021. After coming off a strong Top 5 finish at his home track in Las Vegas, Herbst will look to keep the ball rolling in the right direction in the desert.
